Have your business details, preferred state and intended service area ready. Describe your existing trade experience and operating arrangements in the form. If you are enquiring as a regional super-stockist, choose the existing Regional wholesaler option. If you are applying as a sub-distributor, use the existing Sub-distributor (local supply) partner option and select your district.
